After the brutal crackdown and genocide by the Myanmar security forces, Rohingya refugees were forced to take refuge in Bangladesh. Since then, they have been experiencing numerous challenges including the crisis of accommodation. After the approval of the Bangladesh government, HHRD decided to make more sustainable shelter homes for these refugees. Reinforced Cement Concrete (RRC) bamboo were used as the pillar and fence of these houses. Solid cement flooring made their lives more comfortable along with solar packages, a package of utensils, floor mats and sleeping mats.
