Qira'atul Qur'an Competition 2019

Qira'atul Quran Competition 2019

Program

Helping Hand for Relief and Development (HHRD USA), Islamic Circle of North America (ICNA), Young Muslims Massachusetts Chapter (YM), and the Islamic Center of Boston (ICB, Wayland) are proud to announce that the 4th Annual New England Qira’atul Quran Competition (NEQQC) will be held on August 31, 2019, InShaAllah.

Our intention in organizing the NEQQC is to help encourage our children and youth to compete in good works and memorize the Noble Qur'an. Not only has this widely anticipated event grown immensely over the years, but we’ve also been able to further support and fund HHRD USA’s Orphan Support Program, Water for Life Projects, and the growing needs and development of refugees from proceeds.

In addition to the competition, this all-day event will feature Islamic lectures for adults by our guest speaker Imam Wisam Sharieff, activities for youth, and a bazaar. We also have great prizes, including Umrah Tickets!

The competition is open to everyone over 6 years of age from all over the New England area and beyond, including, but not limited to, Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, and Vermont.

Please join us! We look forward to seeing you, insha Allah!
Jazakum Allahu Khairen!
