Eye Cataract Surgeries Providing Life Changing Relief
Over 100 million people globally are living with the effects of cataracts, making it the leading cause of preventable blindness. Fortunately, a simple and routine surgical procedure can now restore their vision. We reach out, seeking your support to grant the invaluable gift of sight to beneficiaries in 20 different countries. Together, let's make a profound difference in the lives of those who urgently require our assistance.
A Light of Hope
Meet Samira Ali, a Yemeni refugee residing in Somaliland and mother to seven resilient children. The past 5 years have held her captive in the shadow of cataracts, taking away her ability to work and creating a life of relentless hardship. With the weight of unaffordable eye surgery, Samira turned to prayer for hope. Through the mercy of Allah SWT and your compassionate contributions, HHRD’s timely assistance facilitated Samira's successful surgery, restoring her precious gift of sight. With newfound vision, Samira has re-entered the workforce, becoming the anchor that sustains her family once more.
