Syrian Refugees Relief

Syrian Refugees Relief

Syrians are the largest, forcibly displaced, population in the world-- with more than half of the Syrian population either fleeing the country or living in makeshift camps. This region has been marked with civil unrest, which has led to an unimaginable humanitarian crisis. There is a massive refugee population living below the poverty line. HHRD's Middle East North Africa (MENA) office in Jordan, has provided humanitarian assistance to roughly 1 million Syrian refugees since its establishment in 2012. Ten years later, an estimated 5.6 million Syrian refugees require humanitarian relief. HHRD’s MENA team has been working in Jordan, Lebanon and Turkey delivering relief through 13 programs.

Every 3 Seconds 1 Person Is Forcibly Displaced

In the past couple of years, the world has changed drastically with refugee crises occurring in all parts of the world. Forcible displacement due to persecution, conflict, violence, and human rights violations have devastated the lives of 79.5 million people. HHRD is doing its part to support these refugee populations, especially the orphans and their families who have escaped war and persecution from their home countries. They are being brought under the support of HHRD with their unique circumstances and problems. Your support can make a lasting impact in the lives of those who have lost everything. Generations are being born into this continuous struggle; we must ensure their lives are better than their parents'.
