Water And Sanitation Hygiene (WASH):
25% of the country was affected during Pakistan Floods. Water borne diseases were rampant and there is shortage of clean drinking water in many Union Councils. WASH ensures safe drinking water as per standards set by the Union Council across Pakistan.
Water for Life:
Improves access to clean drinking water through installation of hand pumps, water filtration plants, construction of tube-wells, water wells, water storage tanks, and water supply schemes to meet basic and livelihood needs.
Moreover, HHRD hopes to create awareness about proper sanitation, and hygiene practices and to construct proper sanitation amenities.
Access to clean drinking water is critical to achieve Millennium Development Goals (MDGs).

Digging a bore-hole to install Hand Pump in Charsada (KP) Pakistan, this will provide clean drinking water.
